• Marketplace: Love Love Co. is a marketplace platform connecting you with various independent brands. Each brand fulfills and ships their products directly to you.
• Order Review: You are responsible for reviewing your order carefully before placing it. This includes verifying the items, quantities, sizes, colors, and shipping address.
• Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not guarantee order acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Payment

• We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as they may become available.
• You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method used to place an order.
• The total price of your order will be reflected at checkout and will include the product price, any applicable taxes, and shipping costs.

5. Shipping

• Each brand on our marketplace has its own shipping policies and timelines. You can review the estimated shipping times for each item at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by factors outside our control, such as weather or customs clearance.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and the brand’s shipping policy. Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a certain amount (subject to change).

6. Returns & Refunds

• Our return policy allows you to return most eligible items within 30 days of delivery. A flat return fee may apply.

• We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with our return policy.
