Delivery
- Love Love Co. is a marketplace with many brands. Each brand ships directly to you, so you may receive multiple packages for one order.
- Check the estimated arrival dates for each item at checkout.
- Free shipping on orders over $15 within the US (with some exceptions).
- Expedited shipping and oversized items may have additional charges.
Holiday Shipping
- Order early during peak seasons (Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas, New Year’s Eve).
- Specific deadlines apply for guaranteed delivery by certain dates. These deadlines are for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the chosen brand.
Taxes & Duties
- Sales tax may apply to your order depending on your location.
- Duties are included in the price for items shipped from outside the US.
- You may be subject to additional import duties for orders over $800.
Cancellations & Returns
- Cancellations or changes to orders may not be possible once completed.
- Contact customer service at support@loveloveco.com for assistance with cancellations or changes.
- Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
- Free returns are not specified. Contact customer service for return instructions.
Large Items
- Large items may ship via freight service and require scheduling a delivery appointment with the carrier.
Returns
Return Policy
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to return most eligible items.
- A flat return fee of $5.00 will be applied to all returns of orders above $10
- You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed.

Non-returnable items:
- Items marked “Final Sale” “Sale”
- Items older than 14 days from delivery
- Gift cards
- “As Is” or “Open Box” items
- Used, washed, assembled, or unpacked items
- Items missing original tags
- Items with damaged packaging (excluding shipping damage) or missing original packaging
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Used swimwear or swimwear missing tags/sanitary liner
